Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Auralis Crystals. We ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and offer delivery across the UAE and internationally.
UAE
- Rate: AED 20 flat rate (remove the "AED 15–25" range)
- Free shipping threshold: AED 500+ (currently says AED 200)
Saudi Arabia (add this if not already listed)
- Rate: AED 35 flat rate
- No free shipping threshold
Europe
- Rate: AED 50
- Free shipping on orders over AED 1,001
Australia & New Zealand
- Rate: AED 50
- Free shipping on orders over AED 1,001
North America
- Rate: 25 CAD
- Free shipping on orders over 500 CAD
Delivery times — confirm these are still accurate:
- GCC countries: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at auraliscrystals@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
