Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Auralis Crystals. We ship from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and offer delivery across the UAE and internationally.

UAE Domestic Shipping
All UAE orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Standard Shipping (UAE): AED 15 – AED 25
• Free shipping on UAE orders over AED 200

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

• GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at auraliscrystals@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
